Abstract

Perpetual motion is indeed a well-known term, but there are many misconceptions about it. Even though it is impossible due to the laws of physics, there are still people who believe that it could work. This paper describes selected proposals for perpetual motion, including their implementation in the Phun authoring tool. Using this tool it we can demonstrate that neither of the models can ever work, even under ideal conditions.
