Simple teaching aids for wave physics

Abstract

The paper describes the construction of two devices for demonstration experiments in the field of wave physics: a power generator of electrical oscillations with a mechanical vibration generator and a simple LED stroboscope. These devices can be constructed at a fraction of the price charged by suppliers of teaching aids. The paper also describes experiments that can be performed with this set-up, including popular resonance experiment with wine glass.
