Abstract

This article is trying to expand school texts used by elementary school teachers dealing with environmental physics. It is the continuation of the following article Irreversible processes for elementary school pupils. A part of this article is a script of a lesson that explains to elementary school pupils the link between carbon dioxide (CO2) and the rising temperature on Earth, so called greenhouse effect, in terms of a physical point of view. The goal of both articles is to inform the professional pedagogical society as well as all people interested in science in the Czech Republic about the irreversible phenomena ‒ explanation done at elementary school level or at lower grammar school level.
