Simple proof of the converse to the Pythagorean theorem

Abstract

This note shows another, easy proof of the converse to the Pythagorean theorem. This note was inspired by the paper [1] in which the right-angularity of the given triangle was proven using the cosine law. The proof presented here is comprehensive on a primary education level.
