Abstract

Toys in teaching physics help an easy way to demonstrate new physical knowledge and understand it. They are quite inexpensive tools. We can buy, but also make them. In addition, the self-made toys develop technical creativity and various manual skills.
In this article you will find some suggestions for a quick manufacturing of toys right in the physics lesson (a little helicopter, an acrobat, a  flywheel from a CD, an electric engine, a little windmill), or for using in projects, for seminars or as homework (a mechanical octopus, a levitating CD, a hot air balloon).
All items were tested with students.
