Abstract

A "decision-maker" answers a question only on the basis of the question text. A small change of the text may (and may not) change the resulting decision. We divide the question text into small "voting" parts and change one of them. In the article, we calculate (using binomial coefficient properties) the probability that the final answer will not change for a given number of parts of the text, and we estimate how fragmented the text should be so that the probability that the resulting answer changes (due to such minor text variation) is small enough.
