Distance in the school mathematics

Abstract

The first part deals with measuring problems in the elementary school. The second part is devoted to the problems solved in the secondary school. The distance from a point to a line Is defined, then from a point to a segment, from a point to a ray and from a point to a set. The article contains solutions of the six problems.
